Palmetto Bay Lodges

Palmetto Bay Lodges was the first “new” work-force housing built by Sea Pines to provide Island housing to their resort staff. The main 29,200 sf building has 16, 3-bedroom units that accommodates 96 workers. There is also a 1,400 sf Clubhouse with a kitchen, restrooms, and a large living room for the workers to gather after work.
