President & Founder
In 1999 Joe earned his Master Builders license from the National Association of Homebuilders. Today Joe offers years of experience to his clients through Nix Construction Co. Inc.
Our Safety
Safety is ingrained in our culture. Nix Construction strives to provide and promote a healthy and safe project site by enforcing a strict safety program and conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings catered to each project. The program outlines responsibilities and expectations for all project members, including subcontractors.

Nix Construction Company, Inc. has been proudly serving the Lowcountry of South Carolina and Georgia since 1995.
With over two decades of professional contracting experience, a degree in Civil Engineering, and numerous certifications, owner Joe Nix ensures that his clients receive the finest building experience possible.
From our initial meeting, through the design and selection process, to the excitement of move-in day, Nix Construction takes pleasure in satisfying each client. We pledge to build you a home that will be very low maintenance. To back up our pledge we guarantee all of our new homes with a two-year warranty against defects in workmanship. Our commitment to you will extend beyond the final inspection. We will continue to provide the same level of priority and service long after you move into your new home.
