In 1979, Joe Nix was an aspiring engineering student pursuing his dreams of building skyscrapers. Upon graduating as a civil engineer, he joined Beers Construction Co. in Atlanta, GA. As a project manager, Joe completed several high profile projects such as the Carter Presidential Library, HBO & Company Offices, Ronald McDonald Childhood Cancer Clinic, and the William C. Wardlaw Center at Georgia Tech.

In 1999 Joe earned his Master Builders License from the National Association of Homebuilders. Today Joe offers his years of experience to his clients through Nix Construction Co. Inc.
